(please remember that these are nothing but suggestions)
Atmosphere
A spa is all a bout pampering yourself and relaxing. Put on some nice, relaxing music( I usually put on Chill Underground by Dandelions Playlists) , light some candles, prepare some tea, make yourself comfortable.
Bath
It`s a great way to relax. You can use some bath bombs or Epsom salts. Another really nice option is to put in essential oils (they smell amazing but olive oil is just as hydrating and anti aging and it`s cheaper) , (coconut-) milk or green tea.
Pampering
- HAIR: Deep condition it! Coconut oil is perfect for this. Melt it and apply it on all your hair. Leave in for a few hours or over night (the longer the better) then wash out carefully. Do not use heat utensils ( such as hairdrier or flat iron) immediately afterwards.
- Exfoliate: Make your own body scrub by putting 3/4 cup of sugar and some rose petals/green tea into the mixer, it smells amazing! If you want it to be moisturizing you can add 1/2 cup coconut/olive oil as well. Your skin will thank you. IF you shave, I recommend the green tea version, it soothes your skin better. Don`t forget to put on body lotion or coconut oil afterwards, your skin will be as soft as ever!

- Facial: First of all, wash your face. It`s important to get rid of all the dirt. Then you can use the same scrub I mentioned above (if you have very oily skin you might want to leave out the oil), and rinse with lukewarm water. In the meantime you can boil some water (you can add some orange slices) and then hold your face over the steam ( Make sure not to get to close so you don`t get burned, it`s supposed to be comfortable!), this will open your pores and prepare your skin for the next step. Apply your favourite mask, if you want to make one yourself by melting some chocolate and mix it with a little bit of honey (moisture) or lemon (for glowing, detoxicated skin). Rinse with luke warm water. When you`re done apply toner or cream.
That`s it folks!
Hope you foud something useful!
