Everyone wants to live healthy, happy and long. You are healthy because you're happy and you are happy because you are healthy. And that results in fulfilled long life. Yay

1. It sounds banal but drink.

Try to not drink to many soft drinks, preferably none. Soft drinks have conservants and way too much sugar, what can result in weight gain and pimples. 

It may be strange but your urine should be not yellow,  it should be translucent. Yeah, awkward, but if it's yellow or deep yellow you should drink more. Your body releases oxins through urine, so take a look after you've done your business and check if your drinking enough.

You love tea? Great! You can drink as much tea (without sugar) as you want. Coffee is a little bit difficult, maybe without caffeine?  Water, of course, apple juice and orange juice and what ever juice count as soft drinks, but are of course a little bit healthier. Best if you make them yourself. You wouldn't eat ten oranges at once, but with juice this can happen easily, so pay attention.

2. Eat your greens.

Try to eat  5 greens everyday (vegetables and fruits, best raw, potatoes aren't vegetables). I try also to eat everyday greens and my pimples are nearly gone!

3. Try to avoid to many sugary things.

 When I eat to much sweets my skin gets oily. But funnily chocolate is okay. Maybe because I love dark chocolate. I think one sweet per day is acceptable, you have to enjoy life, or nah?

4. Do some sport or stretch. 

Yeah we all are lazy. But it doesn't have to be much, just a little bit sweat is healthy, your body can power him out and your skin can unplug pores bysweating. 

5. Fresh air and sun.

You can get a little tan and tank some Vitamin D for your bones. 20 minutes outside are not that difficult to include in your day. Take a walk with your dog, friend or alone and enjoy the silence. Your body and skin will thank you.
